Does eArtfair charge sales tax?

At present we do not collect sales tax.

What are the payment options?

eArtfair accepts PayPal, and money orders denominated in US or Canadian dollars. Paypal allows you to pay direct from your bank account or use a credit card.

How safe is paying online?

Safe! In fact, it’s statistically much safer to buy over the Internet than in a restaurant or department store. eArtfair uses secure servers that utilize encryption technology, so that only eArtfair’s credit card providers can read a buyer’s information.

Encryption? It’s easy to tell when you are protected by encryption — the lock or key at the bottom of your browser changes color (or is no longer broken. this varies depending on your browser). Shopping with us is safe.
Can I order by mail instead?

Yes, you can always order by mail. send us your requested artwork details and a corresponding US dollar cheque drawn from an American bank. Do include the appropriate amount of shipping costs. It is advisable to include an email address and delivery phone number in your mailing. We will be glad to process your order for you.

how can I contact you?

I prefer that you contact me by email: MarketingFineArt@eArtfair.com for all questions.

However, there may be times you need to talk to a ‘real’ person right now. Just include your phone number in your email and a good time to call you. Please note that we cannot accept phone orders.

What if I can’t find a particular artwork I’m looking for?

eArtfair is constantly adding new artwork to our site. If you are looking for something in particular that is not on our site, please e-mail us at MarketingFineArt@eArtfair.com and let us know. We will try to locate it and add it to our site, or offer it to you as a special order.
Can I cancle an order?

We can cancle an order within 24 hours of the time it has been submitted, unless you have asked for a same-day delivery. Note however that I often prepare the order specially for you, and make every endeavor to get the artwork quickly to you.

Does eArtfair offer a guarantee?

Yes. If you are unhappy with any item for any reason, you can return it within 7 days for a prompt refund.

Unless the return is due to an error made by eArtfair, we do not refund shipping charges. Simply pack your undamaged art piece in the original packaging it was shipped in. Email MarketingFineArt@eArtfair.com to obtain the appropriate return address.

Custom orders (i.e. art work framed or modified to customer specifications) can not be returned.
